Spinning Babies

Spinning Babies are 3 Principles of Optimal Fetal Positioning: Balance, Gravity, and Movement.
During labor balance activities can improve maternal balance by releasing what's tight, supporting what's loose, and restoring what's twisted.  Then we use Gravity and Movement to make room for baby with maternal self care muscles, fascia, and aligning joints through exercise, activities, and bodywork. Using these principles babies often reposition themselves into an ideal starting position for easier labor.
